Join our growing Mid-Market team as our new Inside Sales Representative!
A part of Lenovo's growth strategy is to focus on accounts within the Mid-Market segment. Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with IT Directors from medium companies, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career.
You will report to the Mid-Market Manager supporting customers in France. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• You are the point of contact for your assigned accounts- you build relationships of trust by providing proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via telephone and email
• You configure products, prices and negotiate to support Lenovo revenue and margin performance and maximize our customer satisfaction
• You cooperate closely with resellers and distributors to fulfil business deals and to deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base
• You work closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals
• You provide weekly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target
What We’re Looking For:
• 1-4 years' experience in a similar customer focused position within the IT industry
• Working with partners or in a reseller/distributor organization is an advantage
• Professional Fluency in English
• Articulate, cooperative and able to build trustworthy beneficial partner relationships to achieve mutual business growth
