Responsibilities
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing UK sales team
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance conversations, and team meetings
  • Support hiring and talent development to ensure long-term team strength
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
  • Set clear targets and drive accountability across the team
  • Analyze performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Own forecasting, reporting, and overall sales performance for the region
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, designers, and partners
  • Represent Phillip Jeffries in the market through meetings, events, and industry engagement
  • Partner closely with the team on client visits to support growth and conversion
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
  • Drive new account growth while strengthening existing relationships
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity
  • Ensure a strong, healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and conversion
