Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Senior Sales Manager in the UK Residential market!

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, UK to lead and inspire our UK sales team while driving strategic growth across the region. This role is responsible for developing high-impact client relationships, building a strong and accountable sales culture, and positioning Phillip Jeffries as the leading luxury wallcovering brand in the market.
This is a highly visible leadership role that blends strategy, team development, and hands-on client engagement to drive both revenue growth and long-term brand success.
This position will report directly to the Managing Director of PJ International and will be based in the London market.
What you will be doing:
Leadership:

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing UK sales team

Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth

Conduct regular 1:1s, performance conversations, and team meetings

Support hiring and talent development to ensure long-term team strength
Strategic Management:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
- Set clear targets and drive accountability across the team
- Analyze performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities
- Own forecasting, reporting, and overall sales performance for the region
Selling:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, designers, and partners
- Represent Phillip Jeffries in the market through meetings, events, and industry engagement
- Partner closely with the team on client visits to support growth and conversion
- Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
- Drive new account growth while strengthening existing relationships
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity
- Ensure a strong, healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and conversion
Training:
- Lead ongoing training in sales skills, product knowledge, and client experience
- Support individual development through structured plans and coaching
- Facilitate sales meetings, workshops, and team development sessions
- Empower the team to execute thoughtful, strategic territory plans
Must have:

3+ years of sales management experience within a high-end luxury brand environment

5+ years of sales experience in a showroom, retail, or design-driven business

Based in the London, UK market

Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Strategic mindset with experience in forecasting and CRM pipeline management

Well-connected within the luxury design and showroom community

Results-driven, proactive, and able to navigate challenges effectively

Skilled in negotiating and closing deals

Digitally savvy and comfortable engaging clients both virtually and in person

Full UK driver’s license with a willingness to travel
