Nurses, therapists, aides and other care professionals assist with recovery, symptom management, daily needs and end-of-life comfort according to each program. The organization coordinates with physicians, patients and families to deliver planned visits and ongoing communication. Its services are healthcare delivered in the home, distinct from non-medical housekeeping or residential senior living.
