About the job
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse logistics environment.
- Energetic, physically fit, and comfortable with hands-on physical work.
- Customer-service oriented and a motivated, committed team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of software.
- Able to commit to at least 20 working hours per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Pick articles in the warehouse and shop floor for online and store customers, preventing backlogs to meet delivery schedules.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure data integrity and high stock availability for customers.
- Adhere to quality, security, and safety service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and safe for work.
- Operate a pallet jack to move heavy articles when required.
