- Architects and governs configuration and implementation standards across development, staging, and production environments.
- Evaluates enterprise-wide processes, recommends optimizations, and leads resolution of complex operational issues.

- ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: Implements strategic initiatives in support of goals established by IS&T leadership. Establishes operational plans for job area with short-to mid-term impact on results (e.g., 1-2 years). Provides measurable input and may lead the development of new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of overall function results. Recognized as a master in their professional or technical discipline.
- INNOVATION & COMPLEXITY: Demonstrates significant innovative influence in supporting business objectives and mission. Responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation skills. Problems and issues faced are numerous, typically undefined where information is difficult to obtain. Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems requiring expert knowledge of technological solutions in highly complex business issues. Problems span a wide range of difficult and unique issues across IS&T.
- COMMUNICATION & INFLUENCE: Communicates with parties within and outside of own job area, and typically has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to IS&T and Jefferson, which may include customers or vendors. Works to influence others to accept job area's view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Requires ability to communicate with senior leadership regarding matters of significant importance to Jefferson. May conduct briefings with senior leaders within IS&T.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education - Required

- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
- Master’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
Experience - Required
- 3 years Direct applications build, implementation and support experience and
- 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services or combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience.
- Medium to Large-scale implementation/upgrades
- Comprehensive test plans development
Experience - Preferred
- 5 years Direct applications build on current software version or
- 10 years Progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination of Information Services and direct healthcare experience.

Salary Range
The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
