  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or other technical degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with Siemens NX & Teamcenter
  • Strong knowledge of CAD modeling and drawing creation
  • 2+ years of experience with programming using Python, C++ or similar
  • Experience managing version-controlled projects (git, mercurial, or similar)
  • Experience putting together UI applications
Responsibilities
  • Drive as well as contribute to improvements in PLM processes and the resulting changes in NX and supported CAD systems.
  • Work with users to develop/update tool customizations to improve efficiency.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of common parts and features.
  • Create design tools and automations to streamline the process from new idea to released rocket designs hitting the shop floor.
  • Create and manage templates and best practices to maintain consistency and high quality across all Neutron design teams.
  • Embed with the Neutron design teams to understand pain points and provide solutions to CAD, drawing, design automation and PLM needs.
  • Provide surge design support for the Neutron program.
  • Provide a robust CAD operating environment through promptly responding to user requests for support.
  • Administer and support user access, permissions, and licensing to provide secure access to NX and supported CAD systems.
  • Support/Deliver training to new and existing staff.
  • Create and maintain documentation for user support processes.
  • Develop and deploy proprietary and 3rd party NX and Teamcenter Tools.
  • Develop and deploy custom solutions using NX Open.
