Requirements
  • A recognized diploma in nursing is required.
  • Registration with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) is required.
  • A vehicle is required.
  • Experience in RPA-RI, home care, or a geriatric setting is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including day, evening, and night shifts, is required.
  • Fluency in French is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents.
  • Assess residents’ health and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Administer treatments and provide clinical follow-up for residents.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and appropriate care.
  • Support residents and communicate with their families.
  • Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in RPA-RI, home care, or a geriatric setting is an asset.
  • Knowledge of English is an asset.
