Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or office coordination roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems, especially Rippling, highly preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members across departments
Responsibilities
  • Perform various HR administrative tasks
  • Review mail sent to mail scanning service and direct mail needing attention
  • Ensure office is well-stocked and maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Coordinate and supervise office space services
  • Act as primary point of contact for front-line workers
  • Collaborate on people operations projects
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and candidate communication
  • Support benefits programs administration
  • Help organize company events and activities
  • Other duties as needed to support People team
