Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years HR experience required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Advanced with Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
Responsibilities
  • Provide standardization of day-to-day function across a program office including introduction and training of project tools and methodologies related to industry standard project and program management.
  • Champion the processes and tools used to facilitate adoption by the organization and monitor proper use of new processes once adopted.
  • Provide regular project status updates and other project-related information to the organization; determine information to provide, level of detail, and frequency.
  • Manage version control of project-related documents and compile a list of each project with its summary, current status, and relevant information to ensure successful completion.
  • Gather project requests and assist with prioritization of requests; compile a list of skill sets of all project team members and ensure each project team has necessary skills; serve as escalation point for issues related to prioritization and resource constraints.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, adherence to standardization protocols, determine if objectives are met within timeframes, provide corrective action, assess training needs, and make organizational recommendations.
