  • 2-3+ years experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contractual agreements including MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, and NDAs
  • Familiarity with common commercial terms
  • Experience with Legal’s technology solutions like G-suite programs, redlining software, Ironclad/CLM software, and DocuSign e-signature
  • Bias for action and ability to keep projects on track, drive change, and maintain accountability and relationships with stakeholders
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and proactive in identifying areas of need
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong and clear communicator (written and oral) with sound judgment and discretion
  • Experience in Health Tech and/or Life Sciences contracting, paralegal work, management consulting, or tech
  • Certified Professional Contract Manager™ certification or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Manage the contract lifecycle and execute commercial agreements at scale
  • Draft commercial agreements and other contracts as needed
  • Negotiate agreements using pre-approved playbooks and escalate when necessary
  • Develop new contracting playbooks when needed
  • Drive accountability with cross-functional stakeholders to execute agreements in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Legal to develop and maintain contract templates and processes
  • Maintain contract repository and run reporting and analyses as needed
  • Train business teams on contracting processes
  • Develop and track contracting key performance metrics
  • Work in a hybrid role with a defined work location including work from home and office days
