Responsibilities

• As a Program Project Management Lead you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes This includes defining project scope monitoring the execution of deliverables and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations issues and outcomes
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery
• Provide expert guidance to team members and support their development by sharing knowledge and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies that safeguard project success
• Analyze project performance data to inform continuous improvement and optimize resource allocation
• Facilitate cross functional communication to enhance transparency and foster a collaborative project environment

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Project Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK
• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning and master proficiency in Risk Management and Scope Management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
