Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; four years of full-time progressive Human Resources experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
  • Three years of full-time experience as an HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner, with a strong employee relations background and demonstrated ability to influence and implement HR initiatives.
  • Supervisory experience within a Human Resources department.
  • Experience in a continuous improvement environment in process improvements, HRIS, HR, or shared services, and working knowledge of end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially creating reports and analytics in Excel.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as ADP.
  • Ability to deliver clear reports, instruction, and presentations tailored to varied audiences within the organization.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work by deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to edit and proofread.
  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to data requests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to communicate accurately with patients, staff, and medical providers and remain stationary for most of the day.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide directional support to the HR Operations team on day-to-day HR inquiries.
  • Monitor and evaluate internal HR operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce redundancies, and improve partnerships with external departments.
  • Partner with HR Generalists on HR transactions to provide timely and efficient solutions to the broader HR team and business.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, changes, and termination processes for HR.
  • Identify gaps in HR operations processes and provide solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Oversee employee-record compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality, including I-9 audits, Annual Health Assessment compliance, licenses and certifications, file audits, and other Joint Commission requirements.
  • Lead and support the operations team with initiatives and special projects.
  • Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports related to Human Resources requirements.
  • Work with the Human Resources Manager to plan and implement process improvements, best practices, process changes, and related HR initiatives.
  • Ensure issues are escalated and resolved promptly, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide training on policies, regulations, and processes.
  • Plan, conduct, and report on regular audits to resolve data issues, improve accuracy, and identify process enhancements and opportunities.
  • Oversee monthly metrics reporting for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Develop and evolve processes and procedures while maintaining existing procedures.
  • Respond to unemployment-related inquiries.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and consideration of legal ramifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience working with ADP.
