Administrative Assistant - High School Ministry
About the job
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A background screening and drug screening are required for candidates offered employment.
- Must work in person, in office, for 15 hours per week.
- Prepare curriculum and support documents as directed by SRC High Coordinators.
- Assist with identifying monthly objectives, events, and celebrations for SRC High School Ministry.
- Create templates for regular emails, bulletins, general communications, and social media posts in partnership with the Communication/Marketing department and SRC High Coordinators.
- Schedule and coordinate weekly informational texts.
- Liaise with pastors and volunteers, maintain communication with volunteers, and coordinate with the Worship Team when needed.
- Construct the SRC High Ministry Policy Book.
- Schedule volunteers with Coordinators and the Ministry Assistant.
- Support coordinators with communication plans for emails, texts, and social media.
- Coordinate and order weekly meals for SRC High School Tuesday Night Meeting and SRC High Campus Night.
- Order supplies through retail platforms such as Amazon and reconcile receipts for Accounting.
- Book event space and manage event details using the eSpace platform.
- Handle special event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and purchasing supplies.
- Create and distribute promotional materials for events and activities.
