Responsibilities
  • Ongoing program management tracking for all Content releases for all US-based clients
  • Develop and effectively communicate a Content Services Roadmap to appropriate internal stakeholders, including Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Manage day-to-day team activities to ensure team members are meeting the expectations of their roles
  • Includes things like Task Delegation, Status/Timeline tracking, etc.
  • Estimating work efforts, tracking billable hours, and partnering with Account Management to oversee commercial health of Content Services
  • Engage directly with clients or via agency partners to complete content planning and also conduct strategy sessions
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system capabilities and opportunities for automation and scalability
  • Identify when client content needs have technical dependencies and engage engineering teams to solution and deliver on those dependencies
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions to align content workflows with platform capabilities.

Coates Group provides digital signage and customer experience solutions for Quick Service Restaurants. It offers digital menu boards, self-service kiosks, and content management systems, along with hardware, software, installation, and ongoing support. The system combines displays and interactive kiosks with a central content platform to create, schedule, and push menus and messages across multiple locations, while technicians install and maintain the setup. Its goal is to help QSR brands improve the customer experience and drive sales by offering end-to-end, location-wide digital signage management for large chains and independents.
