- Contribute to the Core Team Cloud&Devops initiatives and develop skills within the practice
- Own and deliver architectural designs for cloud modernization and migration projects
- Contribute to technical decision making and mentoring of engineers in the team
- Participate in speaking engagements, meetups, summits, and internal talks
- Provide training and coaching as formateur/trice to upskill new generation of Ippon engineers
- Advise clients with a service-oriented posture and strong client relationship management
- Experience in leading cloud architecture teams in consulting or professional services
- Advanced certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD and security pattern implementations
- Experience with Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, Serverless)
- Experience with Well-Architected Framework and platform engineering
- Familiarity with DevOps culture and SRE practices
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English for client engagements
- Experience in public cloud migration and modernization projects
- Ability to manage multiple missions and teams simultaneously
- Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching in a corporate setting
