Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years in mission critical software as a solution client facing role such as Customer Success
  • BA/BS required
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and solve complicated problems
  • Strong sense of urgency with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as technical support, product, account management, and marketing
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to visit clients
Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships by proactively connecting with your assigned client base through phone calls, online meetings, and emails.
  • Accountable for assigned churn mitigation and client renewal target numbers
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization
  • Create and manage success plans for designated clients
  • Analyze and present to client’s key metrics to support product adoption
  • Identify, track, and mitigate any risk that may result in a loss of a client relationship
  • Partner with Account Manager to identify client expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Legal & Order Fulfilment team on payment or collection issues
  • Coordinate support and product teams when needed for escalations or account risk
  • Track and update all activities with each client in the CRM
  • Serve as an industry and product subject matter expert
