Work independently and in partnership with internal partners and leaders to achieve team, Treasury Solutions and Truist’s financial, strategic and risk goals in accordance with our Purpose, Mission & Values. Provide expertise and advisory relevant to the team’s areas of focus (pricing, products, enablement, risk, etc.). Leverage experience in field to contribute to overarching strategy through analysis, project leadership, thoughtful communication and dedication to operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Work closely with Treasury Solutions teammates and leadership to support or identify initiatives that create value for Truist. This could include market research and product development initiatives, optimization of existing products, vendor/cost management, pricing initiatives or market positioning projects
2. Independently design or complete client-based, product-based and other analysis including profitability, billing and other items requiring strong excel skills. Leverage and support junior talent to develop efficient analysis skills
3. Assist with business development by supporting new product development, existing product optimization, pricing and proposal efforts or other intiatives specific to their group. Contribute proactively and vet ideas independently and thoughtfully propose them to manager for discussion
4. Create, review and manage product or team content to ensure it is up to date and being leveraged by teammates effectively. Identify gaps in content or training and proactively work to resolve them
5. Design and/or prepare monthly and other reporting to provide insight into product usage, profitability and deal outcomes. Capable of creating reporting for senior leaders with limited oversight. Add observations and call outs to effectively communicate report purpose. Ability to predict key questions and proactively address them
6. Manage policies and procedures that govern processes including supporting education of teammates that are part of the process, updating and improving the processes and completing annual reviews of processes. Proactively make changes to keep documents up to date and identify process weaknesses that can be continuously improved
7. Build and maintain strong internal partnerships across Treasury Solutions and outside of the treasury organization; work as liaison between groups to manage expectations, move strategic initiatives forward and implement changes
8. Provide guidance, oversight and development opportunities for Analysts
9. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures. Proactively escalate issues and risks to leadership’s attention
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 3+ year(s) of related financial work experience
3. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Business, Data Analysis or related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Certified Treasury Professional
