Requirements
  • Bring extensive experience in B2B Partner Management, Onboarding, or Project/Program Management, and you’re used to taking clear ownership of cross-functional delivery, driving outcomes beyond your own team.
  • Have experience in the financial industry, ideally in a brokerage, brokerage-related environment, fintech, or banking context and you can quickly build a strong understanding of our business.
  • Have experience managing a diverse partner portfolio across fast-moving fintechs/neobanks and (larger) German banks/corporate banks, adjusting your style to different decision-making cultures and stakeholder landscapes.
  • Have hands-on exposure to regulatory environments and have worked closely with Risk, Compliance, and Outsourcing / vendor management functions to keep delivery smooth while staying within the guardrails.
  • Understand end-to-end partner management and enjoy owning the full lifecycle: onboarding → launch → day to day management → growth/expansion.
  • Communicate exceptionally well in English and German (C1+) building trust quickly, leading tough conversations calmly, and keeping momentum across senior internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Own customer onboarding: Take partners from handover/intake to go-live by coordinating internal workstreams and driving timelines, decisions, and execution.
  • Lead day-to-day partner management: Act as the single point of contact post-launch, run partner cadences, manage escalations, and represent partner needs internally.
  • Ensure regulatory & outsourcing readiness: Drive third-party risk, compliance, and outsourcing requirements end-to-end and help define/manage SLAs where relevant.
  • Drive partner growth: Identify expansion opportunities, translate them into concrete initiatives, and validate business cases to grow partner value and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product-market fit: Partner closely with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage, and Operations to feed insights back into our product and services.
  • Build and scale the Partner Management function: Develop frameworks, playbooks, and standards, and document learnings to continuously improve how we work.
