Responsibilities

Prepare a monthly work plan with goals for each employee aligned with branch objectives.
Analyze and develop a strategic plan to acquire new clients, with timely follow-up on client transfers.
Hold weekly meetings with the branch team to review progress against the monthly plan for renewals, new groups, and PAR percentage.
Prepare and send results and indicator reports.
Follow up on audit observations and ensure they are corrected.
Participate in the credit committee and ensure approved loans comply with established policies.
Review the Mambú report to verify correct assignments and the estimated portfolio balance at close.
Send updates throughout the day on branch progress closing forms across the different WhatsApp groups.
Review placement and approved-credit email daily to monitor progress against targets; investigate rejected applications and resolve their issues.
Conduct loan formalization meetings with groups involving amounts greater than $300,000 or client transfers.
Monitor the branch work environment, identify conflicts among employees, and resolve them.
Organize a monthly team-building activity involving all branch employees.
Identify staff training needs and schedule at least one training meeting each month to address them.
Develop staff-retention strategies to keep annual turnover at or below 20%.
Participate in recruitment and selection for branch vacancies.
Ensure compliance with and proper application of VFM policies, processes, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Elaborar el plan de trabajo mensual estableciendo las metas para cada uno de los colaboradores apegado a los objetivos de la sucursal.

· Realizar el análisis y plan estratégico para la captación de nuevos clientes dando seguimiento puntual en los casos de mudanzas.

Realizar reunión semanal con todo el equipo de la sucursal para revisar el avance del plan mensual en cuanto a renovaciones, grupos nuevos y porcentaje de PAR.
Elaborar y enviar reportes de resultados e indicadores.
Dar seguimiento a las observaciones de auditoria para la corrección de las mismas.
Participar en el comité de crédito asegurando que los créditos aprobados se apeguen a las políticas establecidas.
Revisar en el reporte de Mambú que este correcta la asignación, así como el estimado de cartera al cierre.
Enviar a lo largo del día el reporte del avance del cierre de fichas de la sucursal en los diferentes grupos de WhatsApp.
Revisar diariamente el correo de colocación y créditos aprobados para monitorear el avance en relación a la meta y en caso de los rechazados revisar el motivo y solucionarlo.
Realizar las reuniones de formalización con los grupos de montos mayores a $300,000 o mudanzas.
Dar seguimiento al clima laboral de la sucursal, identificando situaciones de conflicto entre los colaboradores y dar solución a las mismas.
Realizar de manera mensual una actividad de integración en la que participen todos los integrantes de la sucursal.
Identificar las necesidades de capacitación del personal y programar por lo menos una vez al mes una reunión donde capacite al personal respecto a las necesidades detectadas.
Diseñar estrategias de retención de personal con el objetivo de no exceder el 20% anual.
Participar en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección para las vacantes de sucursal

· Asegurar el cumplimiento y correcta aplicación de las políticas, procesos y protocolos de VFM
