Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
Set up machinery and production lines for scheduled production runs.
Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Conduct in-process quality checks and accurately document production data.
Identify and report process deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns.
Support preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
Assemble, test, and verify electrical and electronic devices and components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to optimize production performance.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments is preferred.
Experience with soldering, including surface-mount device (SMD) components, is an advantage.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Technician (m/f/d) to support manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance activities for electronic and electrical devices. In this role, you will operate production equipment, perform inspections, and support troubleshooting and improvement initiatives in a dynamic production environment.
You will work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure high standards in production efficiency and product quality.
