Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience building Android apps, with proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDKs.
  • Understanding of unidirectional data flow in Compose, ensuring smooth state management and responsive UIs.
  • Leadership skills, with a history of driving projects and collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Proven experience structuring/restructuring large-scale apps for maintainability and scalability.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Fastlane and GitHub Actions
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON integration, and GraphQL.
  • Bonus: Experience with IoT or connected devices.

Responsibilities
  • Get familiar with our development environment, architecture, and processes.
  • Work with product managers to develop and release new features.
  • Collaborate with management and implementation teams on ongoing projects.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in our workflows.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize our Android app for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-enabled IoT devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across app, cloud, and firmware.
  • Implement best practices to improve app performance and code quality.
  • Lead efforts to improve development processes and speed up delivery.
  • Contribute to long-term technical planning while addressing immediate needs.
  • Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.
