About the job
- A higher-education qualification in computer science is required.
- At least one year of professional experience is required.
- Knowledge of Office 365, GLPI, FileZilla, Discover, wide-area networking, virtual local area networks, WampServer, Active Directory, Voice over Internet Protocol/Voice over IP, and Windows 10 infrastructures is required.
- The candidate must work autonomously, respond quickly, propose improvements, collaborate, and ensure information is shared.
- Deploy, install, and maintain computer and telephone equipment according to internal procedures.
- Install applications, microcomputer hardware, radio-frequency equipment, printing solutions, telephony, and peripheral telephony equipment.
- Respond to user requests and provide level-two maintenance for equipment.
- Participate in preparing and monitoring the IT budget.
- Conduct inventories and correct the sizing of the hardware and software estate.
- Manage IT incidents.
- Participate in working groups focused on continuous improvement of production resources and procedures.
- Install and deploy new hardware and software.
- Propose improvements to the site's IT services.
