Requirements
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a Recruiting, Talent and/or Human Resources Role
  • Comfort with data and Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the firm’s U.S. Recruiting Processes
  • Assist with the recruitment process for officers, associates, analysts, and functional staff
  • Assist with the coordination of interview schedules, travel accommodations, and recruiting materials
  • Advance and improve recruiting efforts through process improvement and candidate experience initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support related to the Talent Acquisition Team
