Go-Ahead and Netcompany join forces for more predictable train operations in Norway. Train travel set to become more predictable: Netcompany and Go-Ahead partner to strengthen disruption management and maintenance through real-time data and a new PULSE orchestration platform. Netcompany and Go-Ahead Norway are joining forces to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making in rail operations. The partnership is based on Netcompany's orchestration platform, PULSE, and focuses on areas where train operators face the greatest operational pressure, such as maintenance and disruption management. "Our most important task at Go-Ahead is to deliver a train service that is predictable, both for customers and employees. Our collaboration with Netcompany and the use of the PULSE platform will help ensure more predictable operations and a better travel experience for our customers. When Go-Ahead took over maintenance responsibility for the Class 73 train sets, a significant maintenance backlog was identified. This has led to the cancellation of certain departures for a period," says Emil Eike, Managing Director of Go-Ahead. A key objective is to provide more precise and relevant information to passengers, both in the short and long term. With a stronger data foundation, communication can be more targeted and increasingly automated, for example towards passengers with tickets or season passes, which can reduce frustration and improve predictability.
Ratcliffe's Grenadiers bring in new title sponsor. 12 Mar 2026 | sigadmin According to multiple reports, the Ineos Grenadiers professional cycling team have agreed a new title sponsorship deal with the Danish IT supplier Netcompany, which will see the team rebranded. The five-year deal is understood to be worth around €100m (£86m) and will see the team renamed and rebranded with a new kit before the start of this year's Tour de France, which begins 4th July. Jim Ratcliffe and the Ineos head of sport, Sir Dave Brailsford, will retain ownership and management of the British team. Ineos, who are relinquishing the naming rights, and fellow sponsor TotalEnergies will also continue their support. The investment will allow the team to compete more effectively with rivals such as UAE Emirates, whose annual budget is around £51m. Ineos Grenadiers last won the Tour de France in 2019. Geraint Thomas, 2018 Tour de France winner, said, "We've had a rough couple of years, but we're on the way back. There's still a long way to go, but we've got a great team of riders, of staff, and everyone's motivated, pushing forward."

Why Heathrow chose Netcompany to power its digital growth. February 24, 2026 Heathrow is partnering with Netcompany to implement AIRHART - a unified, AI-powered platform reshaping airport operations and European digital resilience Europe's busiest airport is taking a significant step toward redefining how global hubs operate. Heathrow has selected Netcompany as its primary digital operations partner - a move that is not just kickstarting transformation in airport management but shows a commitment to building resilient, European-led digital infrastructure to serve the next generation of travellers. Central to the partnership is AIRHART, Netcompany's Airport Operations Orchestration Platform. The system will act as Heathrow's new digital backbone, bringing together real-time data, operational systems and AI-driven insights across one unified platform to provide smarter decision-making, proactive situational awareness and greater resilience. "We are proud to be chosen to transform Heathrow Airport's digital ecosystem," says André Rogaczewski, CEO and Co-Founder of Netcompany. "As the busiest airport in the European network and a cornerstone of the UK's critical infrastructure, Heathrow requires a partner and a platform built for resilience, security and growth. "Its platform is designed exactly for this - harnessing AI and real-time data to strengthen operations today while unlocking new opportunities for tomorrow. "Its capabilities can transform how major airports operate, placing Heathrow at the forefront of digital airport excellence and setting a new global benchmark for the industry." Creating a unified platform for smarter airport operations. AIRHART is already performing at major European hubs like Copenhagen and Munich, where it supports mission-critical airport operations at scale. For Heathrow, the system will underpin a modern orchestration platform delivering three cornerstone capabilities: * Airport Operational Database (AODB): Establishing a next-generation operational data foundation * Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM): Improving collaboration across stakeholders including airlines, control towers, and service providers * Airport Operations Plan (AOP): Creating a predictive, continuously optimised operational plan aligned with European and international airport standards. Together, these capabilities are designed to give Heathrow an intelligent, flexible operations model that evolves as technology advances. AI will play a central role in forecasting demand, minimising disruption and aligning resources - whether that's aircraft stands, baggage systems or ground operations - in real time. Heathrow's Chief Operating Officer, Javier Echave, says: "As one of the world's busiest airports and the UK's only hub, it is essential that the technology which sits behind its operations can withstand the test of time - not only serving Technology Magazine effectively today but also positioning Technology Magazine strongly for the future. "With that in mind, Technology Magazine is delighted to be partnering with Smarter Airports and Netcompany, using the AIRHART system which will provide Technology Magazine with a flexible, integrated platform to orchestrate critical processes with. "This programme will play a central role behind the scenes to ensure we continue delivering for both our passengers and customers in the years ahead." A model for global smart infrastructure. With more than 80 million passengers travelling through Heathrow each year, even marginal operational gains translate into major improvements when it comes to sustainability, passenger experience and capacity. When fully deployed, AIRHART will enable Heathrow to predict operational challenges before they happen, coordinate faster responses and continually optimise performance - all while integrating seamlessly with evolving digital standards across Europe. The multi-year programme, Netcompany says, is a bold step forward in digital transformation for critical infrastructure. As airports worldwide compete to modernise efficiently and sustainably, Heathrow's partnership with Netcompany can be looked to as a blueprint for how AI-driven orchestration and European innovation can work together to transform global travel.
