- Provide quality control across GB/LE/RO, including KPI monitoring, and monitor quality performance with GS management, including target KPIs, service delivery, and service specification.
- Provide management with trusted, decision-relevant information and recommendations, including evaluation of different scenarios.
- Support escalations and task forces at the local management level.
- Work closely in a multifaceted key position to drive customer satisfaction locally.
- Monitor financial target achievement, risks, and opportunities.
- Cooperate with end-to-end cross-functional CIP, drive changes, and create value-added service for RGB.
- Perform other local on-site finance accounting tasks.
- Complete government statistical reporting.
