Seeking Regulatory Compliance Advisor candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as TLH.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Environmental Continuing Services (Regulatory Compliance Advisor) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as City of Tallahassee  (TLH) | Department of Environmental Services & Facilities Management Generally Located In Tallahassee - Florida 32308 and across the Southeastern Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Regulatory Compliance Advisor | Environmental Consulting and Management Services[TLH050055]

• Advise on permitting and compliance strategies for environmental projects.
• Collaborate with agencies such as the EPA and Florida DEP to navigate regulatory processes.
• Conduct regulatory impact analysis and reporting

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Regulatory Compliance Advisor | Environmental Consulting and Management Services[TLH050055] (TLH050055) Candidates:

• Strong understanding of environmental compliance laws.
• Familiarity with enforcement negotiation.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Science, or related field; 5+ years of compliance advisory experience.          
• Certifications in regulatory compliance or enforcement negotiations preferred.

Skills Required
