Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency environment.
  • Ability to hire for roles across Account Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Experience using data to track recruiting metrics and inform improvement strategies.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse and recruitment tools for sourcing and engagement.
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends, job boards, and social networks.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, including Account Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Innovation, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through strategic sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, create tailored recruitment strategies, and align on success factors for each role.
  • Maintain and update job postings while using the Applicant Tracking System, such as Greenhouse, for candidate engagement and tracking.
  • Apply sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices to attract talent and support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, including career fairs and industry networking opportunities, to build talent pipelines.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about current trends and tools in talent acquisition to support effective candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Build and nurture high-touch relationships with qualified candidates and represent BGB Group in the healthcare marketing talent marketplace.
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns and use data-driven insights to provide solutions for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner with HR, FP&A, and Transformation teams on initiatives that strengthen the employer brand and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Conduct market research to recommend sourcing channels and recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the hiring process, uphold compliance, and deliver consistent results.

BGB Group, a commercial solutions company for biopharmaceutical firms, has acquired Hayden Consulting Group, a market access and patient services consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hayden specialises in resolving complex payer, reimbursement and affordability challenges for global pharmaceutical brands. The acquisition combines Hayden's market access expertise with BGB's strategic advisory services, which span commercial due diligence, new product planning and go-to-market strategies. Hayden will continue to be led by co-founders Jamie Sidore and David MacDougall, becoming part of BGB's strategic advisory practice headed by Hilary Gentile. The combined entity aims to provide clients with integrated solutions across the full brand lifecycle, from early planning through commercialisation.
