Requirements
  • At least 6 years of Workday experience, including hands-on Workday reporting and at least one full integration implementation.
  • Proven integration architecture experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, application programming interfaces using REST or SOAP, or equivalent middleware.
  • Experience with human resources data flows, including payroll integrations such as ADP and Deel and benefits or learning-management-system connectors.
  • Strong data modeling and governance capabilities, with understanding of the human resources data model and downstream impacts.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence tooling in a human resources context, such as Workday AI Agents, chatbots, agentic workflows, or DUST.
  • Functional expertise in at least one Workday module: Compensation and Advanced Compensation, or Absence and Time Tracking.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a lean team with direct ownership and minimal process overhead.
  • Fluency in French and English; English is the working language and stakeholders are multi-country.
  • Multi-country human resources information system experience across France, Germany, Italy, or the Netherlands, with General Data Protection Regulation data constraints.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full Workday reporting layer, including standard reports, custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
  • Build and maintain People analytics capabilities and deliver complex reporting for strategic decisions, including headcount, attrition, performance trends, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Ensure data quality and governance across Workday reports in alignment with human resources data standards.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and the human resources ecosystem, including ADP Decidium, ADP Celergo, Ashby, Sana, PeopleDoc, Peakon, and future platforms.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for integrations with non-human-resources tools.
  • Own the integration architecture, including application programming interfaces, middleware connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Boomi, in collaboration with the Delivery Factory.
  • Ensure integration monitoring, incident management, and quality standards across the data layer.
  • Contribute to the PeopleData Hub architecture by coordinating with business stakeholders and the Doctolib Data team to design the central data-flow layer connecting human resources systems to Finance, business intelligence, and Payroll consumers.
  • Explore and prototype Workday AI Agents capabilities for human resources process automation, including self-service, proactive insights, L1 deflection, and extensions with WD Extend capabilities.
  • Contribute to the Workday-MCP use case by defining use cases for available application programming interfaces.
  • Collaborate on DUST integration with Workday to enable artificial-intelligence-powered human resources self-service.
  • Evaluate build-versus-buy-versus-integrate options for artificial intelligence tooling in the human resources stack.
  • Elevate the team's integration capabilities through documentation, hands-on workshops, and shared architecture standards.
  • Build runbooks and integration playbooks that enable autonomous operation and handover to operational teams.
  • Act as the integration-pattern expert within People Systems & Performance.
  • Own one functional Workday module scope, perform configuration and unit testing, assess impacts, and align with business stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Workday Extend development experience.
  • Workday Pro certification in Reporting, Integration, or Human Capital Management.
  • Experience with Boomi, Zapier, or an equivalent integration platform for interacting with other information technology teams on global-tool integrations.
