Requirements
  • Proven experience with 5-7 years in content production preferable in podcast and social media
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Production, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of growing audience engagement across multiple platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of podcast production, from concept development to post-production
  • Excellent audio and video production skills, including experience with recording equipment and editing software
  • Proficiency in social media management and strategy, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience in managing and coordinating freelance teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision making for content strategy
  • Creative storytelling abilities and a keen eye for engaging, shareable content
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Director of Content & Brand to develop podcast concepts and episode ideas
  • Coordinate and schedule recording days and guests
  • Oversee recording sessions, ensuring high-quality audio and video capture
  • Manage production & post-production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the podcast and grow our audience
  • Monitor analytics and audience feedback for continuous improvement
  • Manage team of freelancers (video, audio, graphics) to bring the podcast to life
  • Manage a freelance video editor to create engaging video content from podcast, live events, and in app content for social distribution
  • Oversee our Social Media Coordinator in creating and executing strategies to enhance growth and engagement on Instagram and TikTok
  • Launch YouTube as a channel to expand our audience reach and enhance brand visibility
  • Partner with the product team to produce engaging videos and live workshops for our mobile app
  • Coordinate, schedule and oversee recording sessions, ensuring high-quality audio and video capture
