Requirements
  • At least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience in plastics, polymers, recycling, or industrial materials.
  • Strong understanding of the recycled plastics industry and material specifications.
  • A proven track record of generating new business and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel regionally across Europe.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers using or transitioning to recycled plastic materials.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across Spain and the rest of Europe.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, product applications, and sustainability trends.
  • Present and promote the company’s range of recycled resins, compounds, and flakes to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable growth targets.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer relationship management data.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability conferences.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
