  • A proven track record of driving customer research, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market work end to end, rather than only coordinating product launches.
  • Experience in a B2C app and/or subscription business; fintech experience is preferred, with gaming, health and wellness, or ecommerce also considered.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and set goals across Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a competitive intelligence program that systematically monitors consumer trends, competitors, pricing, fees, features, App Store presence, and go-to-market activities.
  • Partner with company leadership and cross-functional teams to define product tiering, pricing, packaging, and market positioning for existing and new offerings.
  • Influence company-wide product strategy, positioning, and roadmap prioritization by bringing market, customer, and competitive insights into cross-functional decision-making.
  • Define and drive positioning, messaging, and promotional strategy for the Possible platform, individual products, membership tiers, and features, based on customer insights and data.
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and features, from customer insights, positioning, and messaging through launch planning and execution.
  • Partner with User Research to establish research objectives that inform product decisions.
  • Use customer insights from User Research and quantitative performance data to continuously improve product adoption, retention, and ongoing messaging.
  • Partner with the CMO, CPO, and CEO on product strategy and positioning.
  • Drive continuous product adoption and iteration after launch through customer validation, ongoing competitive intelligence, and campaigns that support demand, adoption, retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Desired Qualifications

  • B2C consumer fintech app experience, ideally in lending/credit and/or earned wage access industries.
  • Past experience as a strategy consultant, Product Manager, or Brand Manager, or comparable experience with high work-quality standards.
  • Ability to read and adapt SQL queries.
  • Payments experience.
  • Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring junior team members.

About the Company

Possible Finance

Short-term cash advances and credit-building

Possible Finance provides cash advances up to $500 as an alternative to traditional payday loans, targeting financially underserved consumers who often have poor credit. It offers short-term loans designed to be more manageable, with the aim of helping borrowers build credit and avoid costly bank fees. The product works by offering a cash advance funded through a banking partner (Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC); borrowers repay over a fair plan, with transparent pricing in the form of interest and fees. Possible Finance differentiates itself by focusing on credit building and transparent, fair terms rather than predatory lending, and by partnering with a bank to ensure safe access to funds. The company's goal is to guide clients toward better financial futures through accessible credit, clearer costs, and a path to improved financial health.
