- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied Artificial Intelligence, such as Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence Product development.
- Solid mastery of Artificial Intelligence fundamentals including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in at least one framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence systems including Large Language Models, fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Direct Preference Optimization, and Supervised Fine-Tuning.
- Mastery of Proof of Concept design including experimentation, data structuring, and evaluation.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Data and Artificial Intelligence architecture, Artificial Intelligence pipelines, and Machine Learning Operations.
- Proficiency with at least one public cloud platform such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in multi-project environments, product scoping, and agile delivery.
- Identify high-potential Artificial Intelligence use cases based on business needs and pain points.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility and business value of proposed solutions.
- Design and lead Proof of Concepts to test classical or generative Artificial Intelligence hypotheses.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, User Experience Designers, Data Stewards, and Architects.
- Apply an Artificial Intelligence By Design approach throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Participate in scoping workshops to identify Artificial Intelligence needs and opportunities.
- Contribute to regulatory compliance, such as the European Artificial Intelligence Act.
- Structure an Artificial Intelligence backlog to capitalize on use cases that were not initially selected.
