Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Previous work experience in an office, retail, or other environment is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for employee records, data entry, and tracking.
  • Assist with updating HR-related documents.
  • Collect, check, and upload documents from new hires and employees.
  • Manage new-hire documents and information and support the new-hire orientation process, including onboarding and paperwork.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting, tracking, research, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist the Training and Development team with various tasks.
  • Assist with the new-hire background-check process.
  • Assist with the co-op program.
  • Participate in, oversee, and assist with various projects.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in an office environment.
  • Experience with graphics software.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Ability to work as a team player while demonstrating enthusiasm, a positive outlook, and a professional demeanor, and taking initiative.
