The Team

The Flock Safety marketing team is a highly ambitious and driven team. As a member of the marketing team, you must be an expert in your craft and have the ability to independently execute your own responsibilities effectively. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for opportunities to innovate and find strategic solutions. The team’s culture is rooted in hustle and hard work, focused on generating demand, acquiring, converting, and retaining customers. As a member of the Flock Safety marketing team, you must be prepared to work hard, think outside the box, and collaborate with other members of the team to achieve success.

The Role

Reporting to the CMO, this role will manage marketing for our largest customer segment, Law Enforcement. You will oversee a team of campaign managers and tap into shared service (with designated resources focused on Law Enforcement) to execute your plans. 

How you’ll make an impact:

• Develop and execute a  marketing strategy that aligns with company goals

• Lead and develop the Law Enforcement marketing team

• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior sales leaders in the Law Enforcement segment

• Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and go-to-market planning for new products

• Drive demand for Flock’s suite of products

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points

• Serve as a member of the marketing leadership team

We’re looking for people who:

• Have 10+ years of proven experience in demand generation marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Have extensive experience in demand generation

• Are inspired by our mission to eliminate crime 

• Set a high for achieving our audacious goals

• Can work well cross functionally

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Have creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset

• Have a self-starter mentality,  thrive in fast-paced environments, and you’re comfortable taking the initiative and forging new paths.

Salary & Equity

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $250K-$300K as well as stock options.

At Flock Safety, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. The range above is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
