- Ensure tools and supplies are properly maintained, replaced, and delivered to each job site.
- Lead the team in organizing and sorting household items according to project scope.
- Work alongside team members.
- Manage projects involving sorting and organizing, distribution, liquidation, donation, resettling, and moving.
- Train and supervise team members.
- Report all incidents and accidents immediately to the owner.
- Monitor and reinforce safety procedures while assisting with sales and profit goals.
- Partner with the owner to conduct performance reviews, ongoing training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
- Report daily progress and communicate additional project needs.
- At least one year of supervisory and project experience.
