Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our retail telecommunications locations. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates for positions including Sales Associates, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and other field leadership roles.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and understands the urgency and volume associated with retail staffing. Experience recruiting within the wireless, telecommunications, retail, or high-volume sales industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail and field positions across multiple locations and markets.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Partner closely with District Managers and Regional leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for high-volume and difficult-to-fill locations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Extend employment offers and communicate compensation, start dates, and onboarding expectations.
• Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure candidates complete required pre-employment and onboarding steps.
• Track candidates throughout the recruiting process using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation.
• Monitor open positions, time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and other recruiting metrics.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates in competitive wireless retail markets.
• Provide candidates with a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred, ideally within telecommunications, wireless retail, retail sales, or another high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workable experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open positions and candidates.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with District Managers and other field leaders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing staffing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Experience

• Wireless or telecommunications recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for commission-based sales positions.
• Experience supporting multi-state or multi-location retail operations.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/onboarding systems.
• Experience with background-check and pre-employment screening processes.

This position requires someone who understands that successful retail recruiting goes beyond posting jobs—the Recruiter must actively source candidates, maintain pipelines, follow up consistently with hiring managers, and drive candidates through the hiring process efficiently.
