Sword Health is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our marketing team. This high-impact role will be a key contributor to the Thrive Marketing team: owning, developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and engagement. The role requires a creative marketer who is proactive and adaptable.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns across channels including email, direct mail, digital ads, webinars, and organic social media.
Lead marketing content development and execution for our B2C marketing channels.
Build and maintain Thrive’s marketing calendar, including key campaigns and product GTMs.
Support in designing and executing data-driven marketing experiments.
Build and maintain centralized marketing asset repository, including user testimonials, imagery and copy
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing programs across central marketing, marketing operations, Engineering and Data Science.

What you need to have:

5+ years of relevant experience in B2C marketing, including growth, brand, product, and/or integrated marketing;
Analytical abilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools; familiarity with Looker is a plus;
Self-motivated with a strong bias toward action;
Extremely proactive and adaptable to a fluid environment.
