Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the logistics supplier ecosystem, including supplier strategy, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish supplier governance routines, key performance indicators, and executive-ready reporting to drive service, cost, and risk outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure supplier decisions support business priorities and operational requirements.
  • Drive network optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, resilience, scalability, and cost structure.
  • Strengthen continuity and risk mitigation through supplier segmentation, contingency planning, and performance levers.
  • Balance strategic sourcing with operational execution to ensure sourcing decisions translate into measurable service improvement.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities across logistics services.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies that deliver sustainable value and improved supplier performance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing plans accordingly.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation through renewal, amendment, or termination.
  • Lead complex negotiations and ensure contracts deliver value, compliance, and risk protections.
  • Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Drive process efficiency and modernization through analytics, systems, and digital procurement tools.
  • Promote responsible and sustainable sourcing practices aligned with company goals.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA or master's degree.
  • CPSM, CSCP, or a similar procurement certification.
  • Experience in semiconductor, automotive, industrial, or high-tech industries.
  • Global sourcing experience, including cross-regional supplier management and familiarity with logistics and brokerage concepts.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence-driven procurement, automation technologies, and contract intelligence tools.
