Requirements
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program, such as Construction Management or Civil Engineering, is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction-related software such as AutoCAD or Bluebeam is a plus.
Ability to drive a vehicle for work purposes.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the estimating, marketing, and operations departments and staff.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
Work with the team to develop estimates and respond to bids and proposals for existing and new clients.
Call and email trade subcontractors to review scopes and proposals.
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop scopes of work from drawings and specifications.
Attend in-person and onsite meetings.
Perform other tasks as needed for the operations and estimating departments.

What you will do:

Make phone calls and email to trade subcontractors for scope and proposal reviews
Quantity take offs and develop scopes of work from drawings and specifications

What you will need to be successful:
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc.) is preferred.
