Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment or front-facing guest services
Responsibilities
  • Manage performance of Game Presenters to ensure that superior customer service is provided to players with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Assist in the creation of policies, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics for the department based on operational requirements, regulations, and MGMRI service standards.
  • Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of Game Presenter staff on department policies and procedures as needed.
  • Handle escalated guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining MGMRI’s guest service standards.
  • Immediately correct any mistakes made by Game Presenters or through technical issue, collect necessary information and prepare reports related to mistakes.
  • Monitor game environment to identify potential technical issues and escalate appropriately. Prepare shift schedules for games, Game Presenter assignments and step-in as Game Presenter when needed.
  • Maintain a professional and positive work atmosphere for the Game Presenter staff.
