  • 2-4 years of experience managing mobile growth marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns with Facebook, Google, Apple, Paid Social and other ad networks and DSPs.
  • Experience in using advanced and privacy safe mobile measurement approaches such as SKADnetwork, Google Privacy Sandbox and Media Mix tools is a plus.
  • Blend of creativity and metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets.
  • Passion for mobile games is a must.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Passion for and experience with using emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage new user acquisition, and retargeting campaigns on paid social (i.e. Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok) and ad network platforms (i.e. Unity, Applovin, Vungle)
  • Plan and execute optimization efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns and scale products and deliver performance at scale.
  • Conduct industry research and present actionable findings
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Support the creative direction of our advertising asset needs to ensure top performance
