Foth Production Solutions, LLC (Foth), a science and engineering firm headquartered in Green Bay, Wisc., will acquire Food Plant Engineering, LLC and Food Plant Construction, LLC, an architecture, engineering, and construction firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
