Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for working with our partners to help them deploy our customer’s consumer vision with Treasure Data. Collaborating directly with various roles within the partner organization, you will enable partners to deploy CDP use cases and become subject matter experts of Treasure Data. You will also be in charge of driving product adoption on the technical side with partners and be their point of contact for tough challenging technical problems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data & technology and an extensive track record of interactions with customers and partners with a strong focus on problem solving. When it comes to delivering innovative solutions to age-old problems you are the authority.
This role is critical to scaling our partner ecosystem, as a strong partner ecosystem is key to fuelling Treasure Data’s growth. This role will be a strong advocate for our partners and will develop and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders across our partners.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Be the Domain authority in all things Treasure Data. You will guide partners in strategic discussions, participate in blueprinting, scoping, technical requirements gathering and assist our partners during implementations.
- Assist our partners in understanding customer’s business goals, their business transformation strategies and ideate on CDP use cases while also handling various tactical tasks.
- Guide customers towards successful product adoption and enable them to become subject matter experts on all technical aspects of Treasure Data.
- Help partners understand the value of Treasure data as a Customer Data Platform (CDP), showcase how they can build data orchestration pipelines and solve sophisticated problems.
- Experience handling issues, concerns raised by partners and customers, engaging with developers, business teams, staying calm and working towards resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience building robust, scalable data orchestration pipelines using workflow automation tools.
- Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python.
- Some hands-on experience in JavaScript and web tagging.
- Have a good understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing Technologies.
- Have some experience working with Big Data technologies (such as Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive/Pig, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc).
- Some level of understanding or experience in AI/ML.
Physical Requirements:
Treasure Data has a hybrid working environment. Employees are required to come into the Mountain View, CA., New York City or London office at least three days a week if they live within a one-hour commuting distance.
Travel Requirements:
- 25% travel average with the opportunity to travel more if desired.
Compensation Range
$81,000—$98,200 USD
