  • Build full-stack applications using modern technologies (frontend, backend, APIs)
  • Work on real client projects across a variety of industries
  • Collaborate with engineers through pair programming and AI-assisted development
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to generate and refine code
  • Use AI tools to debug and iterate faster
  • Use AI tools to explore alternative technical approaches
  • Design and build agentic workflows where AI systems execute multi-step tasks, interact with APIs and external tools, support product functionality and internal workflows
  • Integrate LLM-powered features such as intelligent assistants, automated workflows, context-aware user experiences
  • Contribute to the design of scalable, maintainable systems that combine traditional software engineering with AI-driven logic and orchestration
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Work on real client products from first day
