Requirements
  • Passion for good causes
  • One to three years of experience, including past internships and part-time work

  • Ability to collaborate on a team, both internally and externally
Responsibilities
  • Achieving clients’ fundraising and engagement goals
  • Using internal tools to create and deploy engagement and fundraising email campaigns
  • Managing communication processes and deadlines with clients and internal teams while providing top-quality customer service to clients
  • Coding and sending mission-critical emails that raise money and promote social change
  • Researching and developing online fundraising and communications strategies, including talking points, guidance for writers and graphic designers, and management of communications calendars
  • Working with client teams, including technology and creative, to assist in managing resources and project timelines
  • Building digital user journeys that raise awareness and bring about change for pressing social, environmental, and political issues
  • Paying close attention to detail and ensuring strong quality and great user experiences for our clients’ audiences
