About the job
- Must hold Orton-Gillingham or Lindamood-Bell certification.
- Special education, accommodations, and experience working with students with learning disabilities are highly preferred and stated as required in the posting.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred.
- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Must be able to make learning fun and interactive, with tutoring focus often determined by student questions and comments.
- Must be able to pass a background check if required.
- Provide one-to-one instruction to students in the Corona area of California.
- Conduct sessions lasting at least two hours, scheduled Fridays at 3:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 9:00 a.m.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
