Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in consultative, strategic, customer-facing roles, including 3+ years in enterprise software value consulting
  • Proven track record in business case creation, financial analysis, and strong quantitative modeling skills supporting enterprise account strategy and customer engagement design/execution
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Leading & guiding prospects and customers through the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing)
  • Championing data-driven business transformation
  • Translating use cases and objectives into qualitative & quantitative business value assessments
  • Driving adoption & value realization via use case discovery & maturity workshops
  • Identifying & framing business value through expertise in value consulting methodologies
  • Creating business cases and conducting financial modeling to support customer value hypotheses
  • Developing comprehensive understanding of industry trends
  • Designing and facilitating business value workshops
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and advising on the impact of customer-specific use cases
  • Tracking and benchmarking the realization of value through ongoing performance assessments
  • Planning and managing scope, expectations, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
  • Preparing, presenting, and communicating results to both internal and external executive stakeholders
  • Influencing decision-making through data, insights, and a confident, consultative presence
