About the job
- Must be able to repeatedly lift more than 50 pounds in all weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites and flexible schedule availability.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must have at least one year of experience in moving, packing, or driving moving trucks.
- Must pass a background check with a completely clean background.
- Must be available for the day shift.
- Load and unload furniture, appliances, and fragile items carefully and efficiently.
- Safely drive 16–26-foot automatic-transmission box trucks to residential and commercial locations.
- Handle each move professionally and treat clients and their property with courtesy and respect.
- Provide white-glove, customer-facing service to clients.
- Lead or support team members with on-site coordination, wrapping, padding, and staging.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and follow company protocols.
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including organizing inventory, preparing materials, and performing basic equipment checks.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent injury and property damage.
- Transport the different parts and tools required to do the job.
- Previous experience as a professional mover, courier, or delivery driver is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or working in a warehouse is a plus.
- A driver's license is listed as preferred in the license/certification section, though the requirements section states that a valid driver's license is required.
