  • Utilize feedback from Sales, Merchant Risk, and other cross-functional partners to provide merchants with better understanding of rejection reasons and to help them find a path to approval
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure that day-to-day operations are running smoothly
  • Effectively manage multiple merchant inquiries simultaneously, with appropriate prioritization
  • Provide feedback on support processes to help build scalable, streamlined workflows
  • Aggregate feature requests based on potential merchant partner feedback to guide future product planning
