  • 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in on-demand/SaaS business environment
  • Revenue-focused individual with a high sense of urgency and a history of exceeding quantifiable performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Skilled at coordinating complex projects and aligning multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • Knowledge/experience using Salesforce.com, marketing automation and Asana a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative ways to go-to-market with partners
  • Act as the marketing representative to partners for Demandbase
  • Contribute to the success of the Demandbase Partner Program
  • Take charge of the complete execution of partner marketing programs
  • Address partner marketing requests and optimize strategic initiatives
  • Work seamlessly with internal marketing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Product Marketing teams
  • Deliver detailed progress reports to key stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the partner marketing budget
